Table Registration

Thank you for your interest - the July 2010 faire is all booked - but please feel welcomed to submit your information so I can ask you if you would like to be involved for the next one when it is planned.

If you are a vendor or author who cannot make it to the faire, but would like us to hand out promotional materials, you're welcome to contact us.
We would be happy to provide your information or samples to our guests.

Table space is approx 5 x 6 foot, but is flexible as/when space is available. We will provide you with a table and comfortable chairs as you need them.

Floor Space - $50.00 for the weekend.
Private Room - $75.00 for the weekend - no private rooms available.

If you have any questions or special requests/needs, please don't hestitate to ask.

Vendors/Healers/Psychics with 1-2 tables will get Two (2) weekend entry passes.
Vendors/Healers/Psychics with 3 or more tables will get Four (4) weekend entry passes.

Terms & Conditions
Even though we know YOU are a reasonable adult, we can't make that assumption about everyone. So please do not take the following personally, it's just better said than sorry! Please read them so that we are all on the same page about our expectations of this event.

By booking a table you agree to the following;

- Once paid, your fees are non-refundable.
- We expect you to arrive in good time to set up your space by the time the faire opens to the public. If something is preventing you arriving on time, please call the theatre and let us know.
- If you decide not to attend, please let us know with at least 2 weeks notice.
- We expect you to behave in a mature and reasonable manner with the volunteer staff and of course the public.
- We reserve the right to refuse space to anyone for any reason.
- If something happens that causes an uncomfortable or unpleasent situation for staff or public, we reserve the right to ask you to leave the premises. We will allow you time to pack up your table should this happen. No refunds will be given.
- We expect you to keep your space clean and pack up thoroughly when the faire is over on Sunday.
- You accept that we will be doing supervised tours of the theatre on Saturday evening and showing a movie on Sunday evening.
- We will provide a secure location for you to store anything you're not happy to leave on your table during the night.
- We reserve the right to refuse space to anyone without providing a reason or refund.
